The Journey is an action based, leadership and character building training geared for high school and college students. Helping effect change in one or more people for the betterment of the community is true leadership. Can your students do that confidently? Focus on learning about themselves, or maybe how they interact with others. Learn about conflict, communication, or strategic planning. These are just one of the easily digestible, experientially taught units that you can select. Each unit is taught through hands on combination or activity, curriculum, and discussion. This engages the whole brain for proven results in retention.

Spend a week or a semester going through the entire curriculum, or pick and choose the units most applicable. Trainings can be scheduled for three hours to six days. The Journey can be facilitated at our campus or in your class room. Every experience is different and completely custom for your group.
