Women's Retreat
Speakers
Wendy Pope |
Sept. 27-29, 2013Wendy connects with warmth, wit and authenticity whether speaking on stage or engaging in personal conversation. Reflecting grace and wisdom gleaned from her consistent study of Scripture, she inspires women to begin or renew a commitment to daily prayer and Bible study. Wendy’s passion to impart Jesus’ words, “I’ve come that they may have life, and have it to the full,” will refresh a woman in her calling as a wife, mother, friend, leader, and most importantly, daughter of God. |

|
Oct. 4-6, 2013In her memorable presentations, Dr. RoseAnne Coleman uses the Bible, humor, and personal life experiences to delight and draw in her audiences. As one listener said, “I have never laughed so hard while learning so much about God. I was surprised and sad when her session was over; I would have listened all day long.” RoseAnne notes, “As I teach the Bible and speak of applying it to my everyday life, I try to draw pictures with my words so that each listener’s brain can ‘see’ and process in its own way. As a teacher, I care that my students learn, not just listen to a speaker’s speech.” |
